Coffee on its own can be so many things. Our goal with this edition of Normal Select is to open your taste buds to more possibilities in the world of black coffee.
Featuring three different post-harvest processing methods that all involve varying approaches to fermenting the raw green coffee, you'll find something unique and exciting in each cup. Usage of these different methods gives the farmer the ability to unlock flavors previously only achievable through addition of syrups and sweeteners post-brew.
Selections ::
El Girasol - A light roast carbonic maceration castillo from Finca El Girasol. (pictured is roaster Josh Uden with Robinson, El Girasol's owner!)
La Huella - A medium roast natural process red bourbon from Fincas Mierisch.
Las Guacamayas - A light roast prolonged natural process yellow bourbon and catuai blend from El Pavo Real Specialty Coffees.
